There are 3 establishments in Vilnius, and in all you will find typical Lithuanian food at great prices. Going through the city without trying some typical Lithuanian dishes would be a crime, so do not hesitate to eat / dine here. We recommend having a snack soup (from less than € 2) and several dishes to share: kotlets (pork meatballs), cepelinai (potato gnocchi stuffed with minced meat and cheese) and potato pudding. You can eat for about € 7-12 quietly (with drink).

Another restaurant where to eat typical Lithuanian dishes. It is quite cheap, so the ideal is to order several dishes and try them between two or more travelers. Tip: half-liter jug of fresh beer from € 3! One of the dishes of the house is pork ear (they serve it whole!), Potato pancakes with sour sauce (€ 3.5), garlic fried bread (€ 2) is one of Lithuania's most typical snacks . They also serve cocktails, I tried the White Russian and it was very tasty (and HUGE).

We tried the cepelinai, a spice of gnocchi stuffed with meat and served with a sour cream sauce and bacon (€ 5), a rather spicy fish dish quite rich, with mashed potatoes and spinach (€ 10) and the second Once we went, we repeated the cepelinai and a typical Lithuanian snack table that had fried bread, two types of cheese, two types of sausages (€ 7). In Moscow we fell in love with the Georgian cuisine so when we passed in front of this restaurant we didn't think twice and went for a kachapuri. A what? It is one of the most typical dishes of Georgia, it is a kind of bread stuffed with the most varied ingredients (cheese and egg, for example). A rich and cheap meal: the big one costs € 4.50. They also have soups, main courses and desserts, so if you want to stick a good Georgian feast it is a great place.

We read very good reviews about this restaurant on Tripadvisor and decided to go see how it is… And yes, it is very, very good. Have pizzas It looks great, but somewhat expensive (the margherita costs about € 7 and the specials are around € 10), so we ordered one to share and a few snacks to snack (bbq meatballs, homemade dumplings and a homemade soup). Calculate about € 20 between two people and everything was delicious!
